Amkor Technology, Inc. (“Amkor”) regrets to report that Dr. Constantine N. Papadakis, a director since August 2005, passed away suddenly on April 5, 2009. Dr. Papadakis, the President of Drexel University, was 63. Amkor is grateful to Dr. Papadakis for his years of service as a board member.
